Program Description

IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. AMCOM EXPRESS (GSA BPA)

Program Description

This contract for the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) uses a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) on the GSA PES and MOBIS Schedules to provide advisory and assistance services to AMCOM and its customers with Federal Supply Schedule contractors in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. This contract also provides technical support for Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center (AMRDEC), the Program Executive Offices (PEO), and allies for fielded Army aviation and missile systems. SAIC develops and integrates advanced technologies during the entire lifecycle, including software development and maintenance. Representative examples include air and ballistic missile defense, fire support, close combat, manned and unmanned aviation, command, control and communications, interoperability, intelligence/surveillance, and automatic test equipment.

Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services (CEOss)

Program Description

SAIC has provided services to the Marine Corps Systems Command through the Commercial Enterprise Omnibus Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement. There are four CEOss domains: engineering and scientific; acquisition, logistics and administration; business and analytical; and specialty engineering. SAIC's services include portfolio management, program and project management, systems engineering, technology management, enterprise architecture, financial management, and logistics.

ENCORE II

Program Description

ENCORE II provides information technology (IT) services and solutions to the military services, the Department of Defense (DoD), and other agencies of the federal government with a flexible vehicle for engineering and interoperability of net-centric capabilities. It uses a competitive, streamlined procurement process and is available to all federal agencies. The contract supports the DoD's transformation to a network-centric environment which seeks to improve situational awareness by enhancing how the military services share information. Under the contract, SAIC has provided support command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance areas, in addition to all elements of the Global Information Grid. SAIC delivers a broad range of IT services and solutions including enterprise policy and planning, network engineering, integrated solutions management, security engineering certification and accreditation, custom application development, and analytical support for implementing IT solutions.

Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions II (EAGLE II)

Program Description

SAIC has been selected as a prime contractor on the Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) EAGLE II contract. The department-wide contract will be used to provide information technology solutions to DHS and the agencies that support its mission. SAIC and our industry teammates, especially our small businesses teammates, are ready to provide solutions and services to support the vital needs of DHS. EAGLE II Project Management Office (PMO) is operational and eager to continue supporting the agencies involved in our homeland security mission with the wide variety of leading-edge services and solutions SAIC and our teammates provide. EAGLE allows user flexibility with each of the DHS's procurement organizations for obtaining IT services.

TECOLOTE

SeaPort-e

Program Description

Tecolote is a proven SeaPort-e Prime and Subcontractor – since 2006, they have successfully managed millions in technical and analytical support. In that time, they have supported the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), and Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). Tecolote provides the Navy with robust technical and management capability, hands-on experience with numerous Navy programs, knowledge and expertise with Navy Systems, highly trained and experienced personnel, expert knowledge of numerous SeaPort SOW areas, and proven tools and databases. Their recent experience includes significant engineering, analysis, and program management support for Navy and Marine Corps programs and organizations.
